Participants  have  voting  rights  when essential decisions are to be made, such as:

●	Approving annual accounts
●	Determine the strategic priorities of productions (strategic decisions: what filmproject will go first into production, followed by which story, etc. – totalling 41 featurefilm stories-)
●	Voting rights on choices for the main roles (storytellers)
●	Directing personally an interactive and live-operating communication videocrew (named as ‘making of…’ crew)
●	Deciding which NGO’s and/or Charity receive what part of the tactical profit-sharing
●	Once every 3-4 months an evening with drinks and diner is organized with a personal presentation by the film-director and his staff concerning the forthcoming filmshooting expedition (the specific expedition plan)
●	Once every 3-4 months an evening with drinks and snacks, a personal presentation report by the film-director and his staff concerning the evaluation of the recent CastingInternational-Expeditions
●	Investors receive of every documentary or film as first ones a DVD.

EXPEDITIONS are: 3 months in Uganda, 2 months in the Netherlands, and so on for a period of 3 years.
