Participation

Both individuals (Crowd Funding Website, to be constructed) and professional investors (Business funding website) can participate.

A BUSINESS investor can participate from a minimum of €. 25.000 (TWENTYFIVE THOUSAND EURO’s), without entry fee(s) in the HOLDING (format);
The expected duration of complete realization of Mediaplan Uganda is FIVE up to SEVEN years,
we strive to repay investments within 7 years with interest, and you can sell your shares after FIVE years for the increased values.

An individual CROWD-investor can participate in a filmproduction from a minimum of €.500 (FIVE HUNDRED EURO’s)
The expected duration of a filmproduction and distribution is up to THREE YEARS,
we strive to repay investments within 2½ years with interest.

Investing in our films means becoming involved in an adventure by following from a distance the expeditions in the heart of Africa.
The progress of filmproductions can be easily followed on the CROWD-website.
Moreover the number of co-investors is relatively limited, whereby as a result communication-lines are short and personal.

In the filmproduction, ‘management’ and ‘investors’ play their distinct part.
The Foundation gives ‘management’ as ‘the managing associates’ the authorization to make the daily, that is tactical- and technical, decisions.

The Foundation has the responsibility to carry out strategic management decisions about the investment capital. Accordingly, the Foundation’s management is liable when having failed to comply with the prescribed procedures and rules.

When the invested amounts have become work budgets for the production-partners (a strategic decision by the Foundation Board), the partner Casting International is responsible for the tactical progress of the videofilmproduction process (strategic –format-, tactical –imagemaking-, and technical –concrete-) and direction.
The other partners are responsible for their daily, i.e. their technical (concrete - marketing and production) work.

All partners have a written agreement with the Foundation in which their responsibilities, together with their duties and authorizations are set down.

The risk for a CROWD-investor is initially limited to 5 – 10% of his/her capital input.
This is because your money is parked first, until:
1.    € 100.000* in total is collected for the specific film production; and
2.     the Foundation can prove a minimum of 200%  sales (in options) .

If less than €. 100.000* has been collected for that specific film within a period of 2 years, your investment is paid back minus 5 - 10% administration costs.
The Foundation before doing that, will offer you another filmproject to participate in which nears collecting the required €100.000*.

If you have invested money and transferred it to the Foundation
you will not be able to access this money for 2-3 years.
