The first questions of the first potential BUSINESS-investors


1        Q:
How can first CROWD-investors reduce their risk, in case they receive
minimum 90% back if the target of €.100.000* is not collected?
ANSWER:
We start small: first 3 x documentaries, followed by an 8-parts TV-talentscouting show;
As soon as possible we will start with finding grants that guarantee in
advance coverage for possible small shortfalls in the investments for max.7 feature films.



2        Q:
How can first investors estimate the probability that it will succeed?
ANSWER:     
Start with a small investment and follow the process of the visualizations & realizations;
If it goes well: invest more; it is also a new hobby.



3        Q:
Are there indicators that an investor can trust that he/she has a good/real chance of getting a positive return?
ANSWER:
This question is about ‘’what came first: the chicken or the egg?’’
        The egg is laid as follows:
        • Egg comes from a corn fed chicken, not from a battery hen

4        Q:
Is there already something like a commitment from a DVD-distributor or a TV station?
ANSWER:
No, first the right marketing-sales partner(s) has/have to be found.



5        Q:
A) How can you be so sure that the films will actually sell?
B) Is there someone who is an underlying power factor?
ANSWER:
Ad A) The Worldwide demand for educational entertaining stories is huge, extremely huge.
Ad B) UNDP + IMF + World Bank will be approached for advice.



6        Q:
What happens with the money of investors if the €.100.000 is payed to the Foundation, but the film is NOT (or sells poorly ) sold?
ANSWER:
The Board of the Foundation has the following procedure:
If the actual turnover of a film is less than 200%, despite the mandatory minimum of having 200% option-contracts beforehand, before the foundation may release the specific filminvestment funds to the production and marketing partners of the Foundation, the offset of this loss must FIRST come from the profits of other film projects after the investors in these films are repaid (this is possible because there are everal film productions simultaneously being made during expeditions).
In addition, first investors will be asked in first instance to provide a declaration of intent to invest.
