Contract-part A: providing working budgets:
The Foundation has exclusive contracts with 3 strategic partners. These contracts consist of contract part A (see below) and contract part B. Core content of contract A provision working budget is as follows:

Contract-part A: provision working budgets per film on the basis of ‘no cure = no profit’: Expenditure of Investment funds The Foundation has agreed exclusive partnership contracts with a number of companies. each receiving part of the working budget on the basis of ‘no cure, no pay’, and: the companies will not share in the financial earnings if no or insufficient turnover is generated by the corresponding film.

The 3 partners involved are :
- Casting International Ltd (provides: rights, creating en organization), from here on named: CI Ltd
- Casting International Second Unit, Amsterdam Ltd (provides: production-logistics) together with
Casting International Second Unit, Kampala (provides: production), hereinafter both named CISU Ltd;
- Marketing partner Ltd (provides sales activities).

20% of funds to be invested go to: CI Ltd, for:
Contribution of intellectual property of the format ‘So speak!...’ and the ‘Mediaplan Uganda’,
for payment of staff, and to guarantee editorial independent image creation;

45% of funds to be invested go to CISU Ltd, strategic production partner,
For working budget of (video)film productions;

25% of funds to be invested go to: (tactical- & technical) sales partner Ltd, for working budget :
tactical sales (ie to sell content to distribution channels) and technical sales (ie to generate income by means of product-placements,enscript-placements, banners, subsidies, etc).

10% of funds to be invested go to the Foundation for: administrative expenses,
Maintaining facilities for investors, expenses for expert-advice, and costs for continued website improvements and website space.


If every film has a working budget of €100.000, €. 65.000 is spent on the production of the film
€. 25.000 is spent on sales for corresponding film,and
€. 10.000 is spent on costs to finance corresponding.
All given amounts include VAT.
