ANSWER: | If the actual turnover of a film is less than 200%, despite the mandatory minimum of having 200% option-contracts beforehand, before the foundation may release the specific filminvestment funds to the production and marketing partners of the Foundation, the offset of this loss must FIRST come from the profits of other film projects after the investors in these films are repaid (this is possible because there are everal film productions simultaneously being made during expeditions.
